Jan Sewa
It is the prime duty of every citizen to serve his/her motherland and society. This is also the first step towards the spirituality. For this purpose in every week on Monday and Friday in “Jan-Sewa” programme during morning (09:00 AM – 12:00 PM) and evening (07:30 PM – 10:00 PM) shift “Guruji” meets Ashram visitors/Public in the Ashram Baithak by appointment first come first meet.
Purpose of Jan-sewa is to give suggestions, based on cosmic energy system of the supreme creative force and biological needs on Earth i.e. nutritional values and living style (house and surrounding environment) for the betterment in health, progress in education, success in career improvement in prosperity and attain concentration in devotion Sadhna.The suggestions are mainly based on

  4. Colours
  5. Fragrances


Motivation
The Ashram motivates the children and Youth for awareness to their career, success and happiness. The Ashram is also creating interest among children and Youth regarding Indian ancient studies, science and art.

Meditation (Dhyan Yoga)
By the practice of Meditation one can remove his/her weakness and improve his/her strength and can maximize his/her potential. It also creates extra ordinary talent in even an ordinary person. Ashram provides training and guidance for meditation to release stress and gaining confidence, without training and guidance it can do harm also.

Sadhana
Sadhana helps improving memory and concentration and also provides grace and attraction to the personality of devotee.

Health
Ashram gives various suggestions, for the remedy of disease and awareness about good health in Jan Sewa sittings. The Ashram runs awareness campaigns about Yogansana, exercise for betterment of physical & mental health in the morning shift.
